EUKHost Client Portal Scheduled Maintenance

The EUKHost client portal will be undergoing scheduled maintenance between 1pm and 2pm BST on Thursday 13th May 2021.

During this window, access to the portal will be suspended.

York Data Centre Scheduled maintenance, scheduled 2 months ago

On Monday 1st March the Data Centre Services Manager with the support of specialist contractors will be carry out scheduled maintenance in our York Data Centre between the following hours:

Schedule: Monday 1st March, 10am until 12pm GMT (2 hours)

Details: As part of our commitment to quality and standards we will be carrying out an Annual Black Building test in our York Datacentre. This test is a best practice procedure and is carried out to test the whole buildings resilient functions from the LV panel switching correctly, UPS batteries carrying the site load and initiating the Generator to take site load without any interruption to service.

During this maintenance window, although we have been advised that this is non-service affecting, as with any type of maintenance there is a ricks of downtime.
